Rwandans are famously "reserved", but are nonetheless easily approached and always welcoming. I find this to be the best of all worlds: It is very easy to "connect" according to your own capacity and availability, without being overwhelmed by the hysterical energy that is found in the marketplaces of many other developing countries.
